Temporary and Permanent Teeth Replacements

Is it your first time visiting our Brampton or Toronto office? The team at Confident Smiles Implant Denture Solutions appreciate you giving us the opportunity to look after your teeth replacement needs. Our goal is to make this process as comfortable and painless as possible.

What Should You Bring to Your First Appointment at Confident Smiles?

It is advisable to bring a list of your current medications with you. This way, your denturist will be able to inform you if any of these medications are affecting the fit of your dentures.

If you have insurance coverage, be sure to have your insurance policy information with you if you’d like our office to send predeterminations on your behalf. Our office will only submit insurance estimates with the patient’s permission.

We recommend that you bring your spouse or a loved one to accompany you during your first visit. Many of our patients find that having a loved one present during the first appointment helps them to remember the information your denturist discusses with you, and your loved one will often have questions that you may not have thought to ask.

New to Our Practice?

To ensure we are providing you with the best care we can offer, we have developed the following 5-step New Patient System:

Step 1

When you arrive for your consultation appointment, you will be given a personal health and dental history chart to fill out. This will allow us to address any health care concerns that could impact your denture or implant treatment plan. If you need help filling out the chart, our friendly staff will happily assist you.

Step 2
Your denturist will sit down with you for a one-on-one consultation where you will discuss your personal needs, expectations and concerns with your teeth.

Step 3
Your denturist will perform a comprehensive oral examination and evaluation to determine the best treatment options for you. Additional tests or X-rays will be ordered if necessary. Your denturist will discuss the results of your oral exam and explain your situation in detail. At this time, your denturist will tell you what you need and will provide you with a comprehensive explanation of the recommended treatment as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Step 4
Once you understand your options, our treatment coordinator will provide you with an estimate outlining the cost of your recommended options. A second consultation may be needed when discussing implant treatments. Loved ones and family members are always welcome to attend these discussions as well.

Step 5
Once you’ve chosen and decided to start treatment, we will take a preliminary impression of your mouth and book your remaining appointments. Get ready to start smiling again!
